DeepSeek, Mistral, and Ollama use a shared helper for OpenAI-compatible APIs. The unified router uses fast/default/premium aliases to simplify selection.

You can set a primary provider and use the others as fallback. The smart router aipwp_call_ai() automatically selects the best provider based on availability and performance. Claude, OpenAI and Gemini also support real-time web search.

Each provider maps three quality tiers: fast (lightweight, quick and cheap model), default (balanced) and premium (highest quality). For example, Claude: fast = Haiku, default = Sonnet, premium = Opus. For Gemini, both fast and default use Flash, while premium uses Pro. This lets you balance cost and quality automatically.

Each provider requires its own API key, which you can obtain from the respective website (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google AI Studio, OpenRouter). The key is entered in the plugin settings and encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored.

The complete pipeline follows: topic → prompt → AI → HTML → wp_insert_post. The plugin takes a topic from the Topic Pool, builds a prompt with your custom system prompt (tone, niche, audience, language), sends it to the chosen AI provider, receives structured HTML text and publishes it as a WordPress post. If generation fails, the topic is automatically returned to the pool.

The Topic Pool is a rotating reservoir of topics. You can add topics manually or generate them with AI. Each topic can be flagged as "use once" (single use). The system uses a rotation index to avoid repetitions and AutoPlan checks the last 30 published posts to prevent duplicates.

The Calendar lets you configure slots by day and time. Each slot can have the "AI img" flag to generate images with AI instead of stock. Execution uses a transient lock to prevent duplicate publishing. You can run slots directly or via queue + cron (every 15 minutes).

AutoPlan generates a complete weekly schedule via AI in one click: it creates slots + topics and applies them to the calendar. It can also run in auto-cron mode with a day/time gate for automatic recurring execution. Available on the Pro plan only.

Yes, the Rewriting feature (Pro) lets you completely rewrite an existing article via AI while keeping the same post ID and URL. Just select the post from the dropdown and start the rewrite.

Yes, the Translation feature (Pro) is compatible with Polylang, WPML and TranslatePress. It creates translated posts with automatic linking and copies categories and tags.
