2. Service Description
AI Publisher WP is a WordPress plugin that automates the creation and publishing of content through artificial intelligence. The service includes article generation, editorial calendar management, SEO optimization, AI image management, and social media hub, according to the subscribed plan.
3. Plans and Pricing
The service is available in the following plans:
Free Plan — Free, includes up to 3 articles per week with OpenAI provider.
Pro Plan — €25/month or €249.99/year, includes all features without limits, all AI providers (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, OpenRouter), AI images, Social Hub, rewriting, automatic translation, and priority support.
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices with 30 days email notice.
4. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed through Freemius, an e-commerce platform for WordPress plugins. Freemius securely handles credit cards and PayPal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or annual). You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from the Freemius dashboard.
5. Free Trial
The Pro Plan includes a 7-day free trial with payment method required. If you do not cancel within the trial period, your subscription will activate automatically. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, send a notification to info@aipublisherwp.com. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method.
7. Refund Policy
Beyond the right of withdrawal, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us at info@aipublisherwp.com and we will process a full refund.
8. License and Intellectual Property
AI Publisher WP is distributed under the GPL v2 or later license regarding the plugin code. Purchasing the Pro Plan grants a usage license for a single WordPress site. The "AI Publisher WP" trademark, logo, and website materials are the property of Dario Iannascoli. Content generated by the AI through the plugin is owned by the user.
9. Third-Party Services
AI Publisher WP integrates with third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, DashScope, Replicate) and stock image services (Pexels, Unsplash, Pixabay). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own API keys for chosen services. Third-party AI service costs are not included in the plugin price.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the plugin, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
11. Data Processing
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment data is managed by Freemius and is not stored on our servers. User API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the WordPress database.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated via email with at least 15 days notice. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Rome shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights under applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
